The wedding music will fade, the flowers will die, and you won’t remember what or even if, you ate at the reception. But your wedding pictures last forever.

         Planning your wedding day can be an overwhelming experience.  Your photographs should be the last of your concerns. I will help you make that possible.  Before each wedding, I meet with the couple to discuss individual requests.  You receive a checklist of images to be photographed before, during, and after your wedding. You may also add personal requests to the list.

My goal is to tell a story through the capture of moments, emotions, color, light, and shadow.  I try to remain as low-key and unobtrusive as possible, letting those moments come naturally, combining traditional and journalistic style images to accommodate everyone’s tastes. I only step in as director during the formal photography portion of the day.

Every couple and wedding party is unique, and I attempt to adjust the photographic coverage to the personality of the group. Some have fun with the group portraiture, while others just want minimal hassle free coverage.  The focus is to keep the photography as relaxed and enjoyable as possible, while still getting those key shots for your story.  After all, this is your wedding day; the more you have fun with it, the better the pictures will be.
