There are three packages from which you may choose coverage. All can be
modified to add features, with appropriate fees added to the cost. Album
upgrades and enlargements are also available. I am happy to
customize your coverage and album to suit your desires.

Wedding photography today is a combination of styles, traditional and
photo journalistic. Traditional represents the more formal images of the
bride and groom, families, wedding party, etc. Photo journalistic is casual,
catching guests and bridal party being themselves. These images can be
somewhat posed but still have a more casual appearance. Albums are
often combinations of color, black and white, color tones, even spot color,
full page images or multi image digital pages. Albums may be book style or
lay flat pages, various cover materials, foil stamping,  all book bound.

Option One...$550.00


Shoot Only Coverage: Up to 3 hours of wedding coverage. You will receive a pre-
wedding consultation, one CD set of 4x5 formatted, color corrected, high resolution
jpeg files, which allows you to simply choose the images you want to print. You will
also be provided a copyright release on the CD. One location only, no album.
Approximately 200-250 images. Additional coverage, $50 per half hour.

Option Two...$950.00

Photographer will arrive at time and location determined by the wedding
couple and includes up to five (5) continuous hours of coverage. Experience has
shown that five hours is usually sufficient for most small to moderate size
functions without long sit down dinners or extensive travel times.

You will receive:

1-   Pre-wedding consultation
2-   Book bound album with 24-11 x 8 1/5" digital pages & custom
      photo cover. (Approxmately 100 images)
3-   Five continous hours coverage and 2 locations.
4-   Approximately 300-400 images.
5-   Bride and Groom retouched on all close up image.
6-   One (1) 11 x14 retouched Exquisite wall portrait.
7-   Twenty-four wallets (2 poses) or 2-8x10 standard images.
8-   Two B/W newspaper glossies.
9-   Viewable DVD slide show.
10-  No additional fees for B/W, tones, or effects.
11-  No mileage fees for Metro area.
12-  Upgrade to Leather album with gold or silver embossing (3 lines), $75
13-  Additional coverage available at $50 per half hour.

Getting married between Nov. 1st and Mar. 31st?  Select 12 additional standard pages for only $125.00!

Option Three...$1650.00

Photographer will arrive at time and location determined by the wedding
couple and includes up to 8 hours of continuous coverage and unlimited
locations.

You will receive:

1-   Pre-wedding consultation.
2-   Hinged, lay flat book bound album with 40-10x10 digital pages, with optional
      leather (black, tan, red), gold or silver embossing (3 lines), or
      custom digital photo cover. (Approximately 150-200 images)
3-   Eight (8) continuous hours coverage with unlimited locations.
4-   Approximately 600-700 images.
5-   Bride and Groom retouched on all images.
6-   One (1) retouched Exquisite 16x20 wall portrait.
7-   Fourty-eight (48) wallets (2 poses), or 1 retouched Exquisite 11x14 wall portrait.
8-   Two B/W newspaper glossies.
9-   Viewable DVD slide show.
10-  No additional fees for B/W, tones, or effects.
11-  No mileage fees for Metro area.
12-  Additional coverage at $50 per half hour.

Option 3 only-Add a printable high resolution CD with a copyright release at booking for only $300.00!  Contract terms apply.

General Information:

All images are printed on ARCHIVAL PHOTOGRAPHIC PAPER, rated at
100+ years, at a professional photographic lab with state of the art printing
procedures and real liquid inks, papers, and supplies.
No images are printed on inkjets!

A retainer of $500 must be made at booking to secure your date. For
Option 1 only, a retainer of $250 applies.  If cancellation becomes
necessary; Option 2 and 3, there is a non-refundable $300 fee. Option
1, a $250 non-refundable fee applies.  I do not accept credit cards, but
I will accept payments on the balance after the initial deposit has been
made. The basic contract must be paid in full 30 days prior to the wedding
date.

Options 2 and 3 will be web hosted for one month. Pricing for parents albums
and Ala Carte orders will be provided when previews are available.  Preview albums
are available, price based on the number of pages, spiral style, charged at $4.00
per 6 image page.

Payments for outside orders are the responsibility of the bride and groom. Orders must be made to the couple; then one payment made to ACE Imaging. Orders placed after the album order will be charged a $2.00 set up fee per image in addition to the cost of the image. No partial orders will be delivered and all orders must be paid for when album order is placed. Images not paid for will not be printed.
