Color photography began to come into it's own by the mid 1960's. The process was not always accomplished using the best procedures. The industry was growing and photo studios knew they needed to offer this new color photography to remain competitive.

Today we see many color images that have turned various shades of red or orange as a result of color layers deteriorating. Sometimes these photos can be restored to look almost as they did when new, other times they may be too badly damaged and conversion to black and white or sepia (brown) tone is the only option. Most importantly, your original is NEVER sent away to be restored. I personally do all the work. Your image is never damaged in any way and returned to you in the same condition which it was loaned to me.
